Cheap system can run vista?

I'm building a computer for my mom and I was wondering what is the minium specs i need in order to run vista. My mom doesnt play games.

I was thinking AMD 3200+, 1gb of ram, and onboard videocard.

I'm running Vista RTM on:
AMD Athlon64 3200
1gb PC3200
Radeon 9800 Pro
onboard everything else

It's really quite smooth, but if you're going to use onboard video you'll likely be unable to run the Aero interface, and will probably have to keep the eye candy off. Otherwise you should be ok.

It will run fine, as already mentioned, if you plan on using Aero, consider getting a cheap video card.
