Cheap, stable, easily overclockable motherboard

Like the title says...looking for such an animal.
Wanting to overclock my Q6700 using a Noctua NH-U12P cooler.

MSI P35 Neo2-FR but it has droop issues, MSI P45 Neo3-FR is a bit more $ but doesn't droop as bad.

I got the Neo2-FR, but got the UT P35 a while back. I gotta RMA it due to a bad CMOS. (See thread here)
I'll probably sell it when it gets back as I think it may be too much motherboard for what I do.
I don't want something that's going to take DDR3 as i've just purchased a 4GB set of Mushkin ram.

Biostar has been slowly stealing the price/performance/overclockability crown these days. Check em out. They seem to be quick to market with new chipsets and offer amazingly low prices for pretty darned stable boards. I'm speaking with limited experience but I've seen a lot of people score Biostar boards and get excellent results.

gigabyte p43-ds3l or if you want cheaper go p35-ds3l but i really wouldnt since for a few more $ you get pcie 2.0

My mobo rocks. $99 bucks.. its stable and I oc'ed my e6750 to 3.4Ghz and I run 30C idle which is pretty redic. I think.
