Cheap sound card with SPDIF out?

BD2003

Whats the cheapest reliable in XP card that can output SPDIF? PCM and AC3 passthrough. Any other features are secondary.

The Hercules Fortissmo II sound card has SPDIF ins and outs. I think you can get it for about $30 now.

I've been using it for the past year and absolutely love it compared to my old SB Live! card. No compatibility problems, and sound quality is definitely better than SB Live! cards.

The Artis CMI-8738 is very cheap and has a SPDIF Connector! Along with this has 4 Channel Output and Support for EAX & C3D. I picked up one about 6 months or so back for £10 in the UK so I guess it would probably be something like $10 or less in US.
