what's the cheapest, yet good quality sound card w/ SPDIF or Optical features?

Stuff with C-Media's 8738-MX-6CH on is about the cheapest with digital I/O. Analog quality depends on the card design, and reaches from awful to quite good. Cards w/o digital I/O are below $20, those w/ are slightly above $20.
