Ya know how you come across these sites offering software at deep discounts? You can download it and you don't have to wait for them to send you a disk? Are any of these sites legit? Has anyone used them before? Are there any you would recommend?
 
Usually not a good idea as either it is bootleg
or Volume License (not for resale) type programs.
Best bet, when in doubt, call the software provider
(microsoft / adobe, etc) and ask them if that vendor
is on their authorized seller list. If so, ok to buy. If not
then I would not buy from them (and some companies
like to know who is illegally selling their software)
