Q. Why is there is no serial number on the Download or Receipt page for the product I am getting?

A. If your product requires a serial number for any reason, it will be provided automatically on the Receipt and/or Download page. If you do not see a serial number, it is not required for the software.

Note, however, that if you pay by purchase order, check, or money order for a product that needs a serial number, it is hidden until your payment is approved. Once approved, the serial number will be provided to you by e-mail and also added to your online order receipt.
