Cheap/Slim Digital Camera

I want to buy a digital camera for college and I did a little bit of research on some sites but couldn't really find what I wanted. I want a camera about or under 150 thats not to bulky. I found the Creative Card cam which looked like a perfect solution cause I really don't care about quality but it doesn't have a flash so thats out of the question does anyone know of another solution?

There are very few cameras in the size class of the Creative Cam. You could got with a older model Canon like the S100 I bet you could get one off ebay fairly cheap.

The Sony one is small. Here it is £160 now so I can imagine it to be cheaper in the states. 2mp picture quality is good for the size.

There is also the Casio one. That is also good.
