Rictas are always cheap. I preferred the hard wheels myself.
Nice, didn't know you skated.I bought almost all of my board parts there.

I actually just gave away a bunch of equipment that I built back in high school before the city I lived in had a skate park... some good old days back then.
I tell myself every year I will make time to skateboard, but it never seems to happen. The band is going on tour this summer but I can't make it because I have no vacation at my job, so maybe this will give me a good excuse to go out and do it...told myself I wasn't going to buy the next COD, too, so that'll help
Amazon has skateboarding parts too...which is surprising! I think a lot of the bigger wheels are softer, but they're more for long boarding.
I found an 85a on Amazon but its a 60mm wheel lol
HAHAHA...that is wild! I was actually super involved in getting my town (at the time) to get our skate park built. Spent tons of time giving speeches and raising money. They built it finally, but it was at the end of the summer after I graduated high school. Never got to use it, really. Went off to college and sort of gave up on skating...If I didnt screw up my back I would still be skating today. I loved it! Me and my friends got the first skatepark built here. Went to a lot of city meetings, did fund raising, and cleaned the lot where they put it. I miss it so much but my surgeon has told me that that is one thing I should stay away from. I agree since I would always slam hard at least once a day.
Yup might be the best deal. Not sure what is with the hard wheel fad. I had soft wheels on a few boards back in the day but I tore those up too fast...Ya, most of the wheels are from other vendors and the shipping/tax kills it. It's hard to find soft small wheel, stupid hard wheel fad has killed the variety. My daughter's board came with soft wheels, it is very smooth on the street, but I cannot tell what they are - the product description only says the size, not hardness.
I might just get the Bones 80a 54mm from eBay.

Yeah you can get some monster ollies/flips with bigger wheels. I feel super shaky on them because I am really tall...so smaller wheels work a little better for me. A little harder to hold manuals on but they're goodI like CCS also.
I went through a stage where I only rode 60mm. I actually loved them, so much more pop, and you can basically ride fast on any surface.
