$45.25 for a Sis645 board w/ Lan and audio seems not bad to me .. shipping won't be too high also.. ($6.75 ground when i checked it)

might go well w/ a cheap P4 or Celeron

Nice price. However, read the fine print when checking out. They say they will process the transaction offline but they display your CC and billing information on an unsecure webpage. Also note that it can take up to 5 days to ship your order. You must go through numerous pages to check out. This must be a real small outfit.
