Hey all-
I just moved, and also dumped my old cell carrier (Verizon) in favor of Sprint (I actually seill have Verizon service and the #, would just like to get rid of the service asap). I picked up a new number that is consistent with the new area code. That said, I'd like to keep the old number at least for a while.
Does anyone know a good way to keep that old number for a year or two? I'm open to almost anything, whether it be cell carrier, VOIP, what have you as long as its inexpensive and at least sort of reliable. I'm not looking to use the service for anything other than checking voicemails/etc that come in on the old number.
Thanks.
