cheap phone options for OTG and wired ethernet suggestion?

i use my samsung tab s2 with an OTG USB adapter and USB ethernet to test wired network speed. works great and then it dawned on me to why not save weight and use a phone.
shockingly, phones dont support this feature. most chinese phones dont even support OTG. not even big chinese companies like Huawei. Samsung s3 and s4 dont. i dont know about s5, s6, or the rest of them.
can someone suggest a cheap or older model GSM phones that you know can do what i need?

Honor 5 6 X had OTG
Honor 8 is supposed to have OTG as well.

thanks! i will check those Honor out. im amazed the Honor 8 is still $350. it was about $300 during black friday 2016!
