I'm looking for a cheap PDA to see if I am going to actually use this thing as much as I expect. I'm looking in the $100 (maybe a little more but must be less that $150 with accessories) price range. I have found the Palm M100 & Visor Deluxe for $100. For a little more, I could get an M105, a refurbished Visor Platinum, or a Sony Clie S320. Right now I'm leaning toward the Visor Deluxe as a good balance of things. I believe both the palms have no ability for add in memory cards unlike all of the rest. The backup springboard has its appeal and the deluxe seem to be the cheapest of the bunch. Anything that I'm not seeing?

Me too, the Visor DX looks appealing since it's like the cheapest 8mb PDA you can have. I don't see a point in faster PDAs since PalmOS seems to run fine on the slow Palm based PDAs (unless you're doing graphics intensive gaming). You can find the Visor DX for $80 refurbed at Frys if you trust refurbed goodies (My PDA was refurbed; the only difference between new was the screen wasn't 100% flat; it has more "scratches" in it now since I've used it so much).

Palm/handspring screens are much more scratch resistant than WinCE PDAs since they use some hard kinda plastic.
