Cheap PCI Video Card with Good Quality Video Out

Our school needs to put togeather 3 computers with TV out for TV channells in our school's cable system, and we need a pci video card (compaq celeron 266's, no AGP slot), we already salvaged 2 cards (an matrox millenium, and something else, that isnt that bad), so we need 1 more PCI video card with good tv out, and i have no idea what to look for, all this is gonna do is put up a powerpoint presentation or a webpage, so nothing fast is necessayr, im sure the processor will limit it enough

TNT2 M64 with TV - Out, can be had in PCI and should be dirt cheap

good luck finding one, but the radeon le's with tv out supposedly have really good quality. I believe matrox makes a g450 in a pci version which would have good tv out quality as well.

Try finding some older ATI PCI card, tv-out is good on them.
