I've got an ibm thinkcentre at work, which won't allow the use of the integrated and dedicated gfx hardware at the same time. Currently I have 2 monitors hooked up to the dedicated nvidia card, and I want to add 2 more.

The motherboard only has pci and pci-e x1 slots available.

what is the cheapest pci or pci-e x1 card that will run win 7 aero well?

Thanks,
Vivan

A quick check on Newegg yielded these:

Nvidia Ion PCI-e x1 graphics card, made by Zotac. Should be able to do Aero. $59.99.

As for PCI, there's a lot of options: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...E&PageSize=100. The bare minimum I would think is a Geforce 6200, but I would only be confident doing Aero with something like a Radeon HD 4350:

$82.99

I do feel that spending that much money on either graphics card is rather a waste, but those are you options if you want to connect a couple more monitors.
