Cheap PCI Express card

Need a cheap card to replace an existing one. Purely web browsing, MS Office, light media playback and a single monitor with either HDMI or DP inputs. Are the Gefore 210/Radeon 5450 cards the best ones to go with?

yes.. I would go for a small Fermi/Kepler card, like gt 430, gt 520, gt 610, gt 620 or something,

they are getting WDDM 2.0 drivers I think, while 5450 an 210 are not.

It's a 1366 MB so doesn't have onboard. Really wish it did because that's perfect for power, cooling and noise.

1366 probably have a fast CPU, honestly for basic video functionality even some old geforce 6200 or Radeon x1300 will do, video decoding the CPU can probably handle...

but as I said the cheap Fermi/Kepler cards are more current than most of the other cheap stuff, I don't think AMD had GCN in anything lower than the 240.
