Cheap PCI DVI card?

Hey folks.

I currently have a 9700 Pro (I'm going to be upgrading everything in a few months) and I have a projector for which I need to output my PC video.

I'd like to buy a 2nd video card for this since I currently have dual monitors.

Are there any decent (sub $100?) cards that I can purchase?

Also, will a PCI card be compatable with newer motherboards?

That thread is about PCI cards with DVI output... what am I missing?

Radeon 7000
Radeon 9250
etc.

Are you expecting to game?

What res is your projector?

Gamging isn't necessary - I'll use lower resolutions if need be.

The solution (5200 for $50 bux) will work great. 🙂
