Cheap PC133 CAS2 RAM?

mushkin is selling infineon pc133 that seems to be good to the 140mhz range at cas2. $89 with free shipping.
 
What is the difference between REV1.5 & REV2 Mushkin RAM. Will they both work in a K7T Pro2? And where is the Kingmax PC150 for $89? Thanks.
 
Crucial RAM is cheep in the UK, I would recommend that, I do not know whether it is the cheepest in the US though
 
Ok, I think I'll go with the Kingmax. I've read some reviews on it and it seems like high quality stuff. I've seen that some sites have gotten it hogher than 140MHz at 2-2-2, and it's only $90.
