Cheap passive cooling DVI video card

I'm looking to replace my ATI AIW Radeon video card with a low cost dvi video card. I don't play much if at all any games so latest and greatest is not necessary. I want good 2d for general use.

I'm sick of how loud the fan is on my AIW plus annoyed with ATI's MMC software. Please make a suggestion on a passive cooling (or near dead silent fan cooled) DVI video card.
 
From several 3rd party ATi chip cards (e.g. the PowerColor 7500LE and 9000 low-profile models) to Matrox's brandnew Millenium P650, there's plenty of DVI enabled fanless AGP cards around. Most of them are dualhead capable, the Matrox thing even is dual DVI.
