Cheap options with decent switchable graphics?

I'm looking for something around 14" that will let me do some light gaming, CAD, photoshop and 3D modeling, but my budget is fairly limited and I need reasonable battery life (at least 3 hours, I'd think). Is there anything like this available?
 
HP dv4 series should have something. I think the dv4-2170 would fit your needs. It has a Core i5 and I think the battery life is decent.

EDIT: These don't have switchable graphics.

If you want switchable graphics, right now I'd say Asus has the best models. I think the 14" are called UL80.
