Cheap notebook with a touchscreen

I'm Christmas shopping for my daughter and am hunting a new computer for her. 99% of the usage is integrate games like nick, disney, etc. Basically flash games. About my only requirements are a touchscreen and 15"ish screen. Just needs a fast enough CPU and enough ram to handle that one task. I came across this one that seems decent enough. Any suggestions?

Also am considering an all-in-one such as this.

Ended up buying the all-in-one. It'll play minecraft which is the most intense thing she's likely to do. Plus it'll be better for homework a couple years down the road.
 
Plus, it will less likely be damaged or stolen by staying "put." 🙂
