Cheap notebook required - pls help

i need a cheap notebook for word processing and browsing the internet. Therefore i don't need that much speed - a p2 300 is enough. What i do require however is a floppy drive and cd-rom (speed unimportant - may as well be a 2x), and a USB port.

Can someone tell me a mobel that is for me and is cheap. I live in southern europe, so a european site would be preferred. I will order from usa so long as the site sends items there. Thanks
