Cheap notebook for SSD upgrade

I'm looking for a notebook (maximum around US$500 and 14" or smaller monitor) for internet browsing and other light stuff but I want it to feel fast so I will put my OCZ Vertex 3 120GB that I already have in it. Will a SATA 3Gbps interface limit the SSD speed?
What's a good notebook with SATA 6Gbps? I was thinking in something like:

i3/i5 Sandy Bridge
4GB+ DDR3
14"- 720p monitor
6h+ battery
SATA 6Gb/s for my Vertex 3 SSD

Thank You.

Your SSD on a 3gb/s SATA interface will still feel lightening fast. The maximum throughput is just part of the equation, much of the benefit of the SSD is the virtually instantaneous access time, with is the same on SATA 2 or 3.
