Cheap new build question

Building a cheap student type system today or tommorrow. So need to know.
With a sempron system will onboard video be good enough for dvd movies? (games not an issue) any mb reccomendations?

Is the sempron cooler quite quiet, as apartment will be small.

Asked before, but any 19" lcd monitor reccomendations with good viewing angles and fast enough for movies?

Yes sempron (sock 754) does support cool 'n' quiet. I'm satisfied with my 3100+ sempron "paris". Go for it :thumbsup:

Thanks! Does the cool and quiet feature make a large difference? I ask as the Biostar board is not available where I generally shop (and wanted this one put together before shipping).
