Cheap Namebrand RAM

I'm looking for some good 128MB PC133 SDRAM for the duron system I'm building. Lifetime warranty, and CAS2 isn't important to me. What's this Serial Port Detection I've seen on Micron RAM? I'm only looking to spend about $60-80.

Don't know what Serial Port Detection is but 128megs PC 133 Micron ram (cas 3 might to cas 2) Down here in canada is about $115 so I'm guessing thats about 70-75 bucks US. Micron is supposed to be good ram.

Yeah, I've found it for about $65. but some is marked OK for athlons, some isn't. I'm going to be pretty pissed if I pay the high prices these places charge for shipping and it won't work in my system.

$20 for a 1lbs package ground delivery through 3 states. ripoff? It's come to the point where I simply won't buy from places that want $15 for ground shipping without even knowing my zip code.

this is what I'm talking about. how is the stuff for $20 cheaper without SPD not approved for athlons? are they just saying this to try to make some more money?
