I'm about to build an Athlon 1 gig, and am looking to crunch the #s as much as possible, got the processor w warrenty w/ heatsink and fans for 213. Now I'm looking for a mb. Found this biostar for 5. It should run the processor ok, has 66dma, 4x agp, 3 dims. Would this be a sufficient, or is there an overwhelming reason to go the extra $100

btw, no overclocking will be done or attempted

I just built one of those for a friend, put a 1gig Thunderbird on it. It works great, I can recommend it, but a better mobo is just a few extra dollars, look at the K7T pro2A, just an extra $11.
