Cheap motherboard for PIII 866?

The motherboard on my dell Dimension 866 is shot. I'm going to buy a new case and motherboard for it. once I get this thing running again I'm probably going to sell it, so the most sensible option is to go with onboard video and audio.
Any suggestions?

I'd say look at Elitegroup (ECS) mobo's, I have found their products to be very stable and OEM oriantated. Get one on their line that has 815e chipset.
