Cheap Motherboard for Overclocking T-bred A

Hi, I am looking for a cheap motherboard for overclocking my T-Bred A Athlon XP 1700+. I RMA'd my XP 1800+ and received a 1900+ that is running along at 1712MHz on the ECS K7S5A that I was using the TBred A on. This board seems not to be cut up for operation at over 150MHz FSB (my generic PC133 memory maxes out at 143MHz). I am looking at two boards, the Gigabyte 7VAX and the MSI KT4V-L which are priced the same. I've decided to pair the board with 512MB of PC2700 memory. Which board is better for what I want to do? Or is there any other boards priced the same that will do what I want?
