Cheap Motherboard for E7200?

I'm building a cheap PC for my brother in order for him to play World of Warcraft.
so far I got

CPU: E7200
Graphic Card: HD 4670
2GB Ram

I need a cheap motherboard that's compatible with the CPU and OCs decently, prefer to be under $70.

any suggestions?

FYI, P31/G31 is hard-limited to 4GB MAX and does not support memory remapping, so you'll run into the 'old' 32-bit addressing limit when populating 4GB RAM, even with 64-bit OS. May or may not be important to you.

The $70 limit is a bit limiting, unless he can stand for a micro ATX board. I guess he could go open box, I suppose.

Maybe he can add another $15 and get this mobo. This mobo is excellent for OC'ing.
