I would like to overclock a E2140, what motherboard would be best for it?
As i have four 1 GB DDR2 800 modules, it needs to have 4 DDR2 slots.

Is there a cheap (maybe about 50 Euro) motherboard to overclock the E2140 to 3+ GHz?
With a cheap motherboard i would not mind not having RAID or 45 nm support.

Or is there a really nice 100 Euro Board with ICH9R and 45 nm support which i should seriously consider?

The Abit IP35-E and the GigaByte P35-DS3 both cost around 80 Euro. For overclocking the E2140, is one of these two much better than the other?

Don't have a GigaByte board to test, but my vote would be for the IP35-E. If you wanted ICH9R, the IP35 would fit the bill. What I do know is that these boards overclock very easily and have a great BIOS with tons of settings to get it just right. The folks over at their forums are the nicest people to deal with you could ever want and they really know what they're doing. Plus there is always SerpentRoyal over at the IP35-E review thread. Nothing against the GigaByte, but after my experiences with this board, I'm abit all the way.
