Cheap MB x2 3800+

How about $50?

Seriously, you gotta provide some sort of guidelines on what you're looking for. Suggestions on a 49 dollar mainboard that supports for example 2 SATA devices aren't going to be any use to you if you need one that supports 3 SATA devices, or if you want more than 2 memory slots, or you need AGP.

2 sata connectors is fine, 1 pci slot is fine, it does need to have a pci-e x16. The only constraints I have is that it needs to be pci-e x16, sorry for leaving that out.

I know nothing about lowend MBs, so I can't comment about it, other than it looks like a POS and has onboard video.

It's unlikely to be a POS, it's MSI not PCChips, but of course it does have a cheap chipset. Unlikely to be a super-performer, but that's why it's cheap. It'd probably work fine and be within a few percent of the best boards, for 2/3 the price or less. And onboard graphics can be disabled, they're not exactly jacking the price up.

The 939Dual probably is around the best for the price.
