Cheap man's conroe board. 945p?

Anybody have used gigbayte 945P-S3 board with core 2 duo ? I wonder how high FSB will go compared with 965p board. price is only about $20 different, but I hate ICH8 and would like to avoid using it. any feedback will be welcomed
