a couple of friends and i were thinkin about goin to NY for a couple of days during our winter break. being college students, our financial situation is kinda screwy. was wondering if anyone could refer me to a couple of good cheap hotels around the times square area. this would be my first time to NY, any recommendations on where to go and stuff? cool, thanx a lot!

hotel discounts dont have nothing cheaper $200 for 4star, trust me get 4star hotel for $85 through priceline and you wont get a better deal anywhere

If you wanna go REALLY cheap, there are plenty of "liveable" hostels running around. I had to live in one for a week when I first moved here before I could settle into an apartment and it cost like $60 for the entire week.
