Cheap LCD monitor?

I run a fitness center and currently the computer we are using is using an old 15" CRT that definitely has to go. The PC itself is going to be upgraded as well, but for now I'm wondering what's a good place to buy a cheap monitor? I'm not looking for anything spectacular, probably like a 19" LCD. I checked craigs list already and didn't come up with much, but I remember a site years ago that I ordered my refurbished 22" CRT from years ago and was wondering if there are any reputable websites like that still?
 
Staples still has the Emachines 21.5" 1920x1080 monitors for $99.99. They're sold out online, so you'll have to check your local stores for stock.
