I have an old P2-400 and the fan died on it. I'm not overclocking it so I need basically the cheapest HSF I can buy. This is the P2 line that had plastic covering the whole processor, so I can't use a P3 heatsink unfortunately.
The P2-400 doesn't really need active cooling to run stably. I didn't have fans on mine, and it was bliss on the ears. However, any cheap Slot-1 heatsink will do.
