cheap hosting?

can anyone reccomend any cheap hosting? only need a month, reliable but cheap - and you can pay through paypal.

You could host the files needed from your own computer, but if you want 24/7 access to the files the PC would have to be on 24/7. In regards to paid hosting, im not sure of a specific one but there are plenty of cheap hosts around.
