cheap high speed internet in the Tampa Bay area

Anyone know of decently priced high speed internet? Both Verizon DSL and Bright House cable offer 768 Kbps download and 128 Kbps upload for the same rate of 29.95 a month or 3 Mbps download and 1 Mpbs upload for 45.95. ATAT offers a couple great plans but they don't offer them, ponces.

Anyway, anyone know of anything better?
