Pros:
It's b-die. Supplies of this memory are shrinking. It's been tightly-binned for high clocks and decent latency (compare this to the DDR4-3600 CAS/CL 19 kits all over the place now).
Cons:
Samsung A-die and M-die may be more compelling products for people in the near future, especially if you are looking for more than 16GB on your system. Still, for gamers or others who simply do not need more than 16GB, this is a really cheap kit for what you get.
This particular kit does not reach its XMP settings easily. Even Intel buyers will probably need to tune by hand.
Some hand-tuners have been unable to get these DIMMS to post faster than DDR4-3866. Tighten those timings and off you go.
Might have shoddy heatspreaders.
Takes forever to ship? Why, Newegg?
