Cheap good quality Case/PS

Looking for something to take a MATX system, but preferably a fullsize ATX case. Need a PS, too.

Preferably want the duo under $40.

Is there any case that fits the bill for a good quality PS and a decent case?
 
For $40 before shipping Directron has some Compucase LX-6A19 cases with HEC 300W power supply. Those power supplies are good quality and the case is exceptional.
 
Zap has the right idea. You aren't going to find really cheap AND good unless you shop places like dumpinggoods.com and get lucky (but their RRating isn't good). Some say the Codegen PSUs are decent but I'd still be leery. The Athenatech A600 series is about the minimum I'd call decent.
