Cheap GAS!

How about a thread for cheap gas prices??? 😀😀😀
Here is a start. It looks like this saves as much as $.15-$.30/gal. which ain't bad especially for the guzzlers.:|:|:|

Denver, CO

This thread could be broken down by state (or another thread FATIC).

Yes, Costco is usually one of the best in any area. If you're traveling and pass by a Costco without topping the tank-off, you'll soon regret it.

Hey, GasBuddy is just what the web was meant for! Check it out.

BTW, we're paying 2.389 locally, in So Cal. Just found a place within range on GasBuddy at 2.26 - it's worth a couple of bucks for me to drive there.

I have 33 gallon tank in my van... I need to pricematch and add a coupon or take out a loan to fill up lately 🙁

There is no gas station at the Costco i go to. Westbury, NY
I did not even know that costco has gas stations too.

lol.
next on hot deals:
"gasoline...$1/gal after PM and MIR's!!! YMMV"

Lowest price here in seattle is $2.12 according to seattlegasprices.com
I like my 16 gallon tank in a 35MPG car. I barely ever have to fill up.

stay away from am/pm (arco) and bp! both put gobs of water in their gas and will ruin your fuel system and engine with prolonged use!

sams club also sells gas here in the seattle area (renton actually) and its 4-5 cents cheaper per gallon than costco.

I'll be glad when alternatives to gas/oil is mainstream, and we never have to buy from crooks again! The oil industry and all involved are crooks! Actually in one way, I'd like to see gas prices go up to $4-5 a gallon. Maybe then people with gas guzzling trucks/suvs/HOT RODS... will finally trade in those POS autos for more efficient cars that make 35miles a gallon. Punks are still on the road, revving up their engines, wasting gas. I still see it, where someone pulls up at a stop light with a Corvette, Firebird, or other gas guzzler, and then they waste gas by taking off fast.

Bring on....Propane, Natural Gas, fuel-cell, or all-electric small hybrid cars!

I know a couple of friends that manage "ENRITE" and "CITGO" stations and they *ALWAYS* have the lowest prices in all of NJ (which means cheaper then 90% nationwide).... they do this to attract new customers as well as keep current ones ---> Elizabeth, NJ (West grand st.) ----> Bayonne, NJ (Pulaski st.) ----> Lynden (enrite station) right off 18 south or whatever...

I hear WalMart does not put additives in their gas. I have also heard people complain of getting a lot worse gas mileage from WallyWorld gasoline. Don't know how true it is, just something I heard.

Oil companies are killing the goose instead of collecting the golden eggs slowly. Technology nowadays is advance enough to make hydrogen & electricity as alternative source of car energy source. It's only a matter of time to make them cheap enough for people to use.

The higher the price, the bigger the market for alternative source of energy for cars, the more money will be put into research, then the faster alternative energy source will become common for cars. By then most oil companies will go out of business.
