Cheap Dial-Up

I need a cheap dial-up account in case my DSL line goes down. Looking for an ISP that can provide me w/this service @ a very low price...I don't care about tech support or email....since I will only be using this when my DSL line goes down.

Hmm..I do a lot of traveling so Netzero isn't gonna cut it for me...since their FREE version have I belive an 8 hour limit...besides I can't stand the banner ad....
