Cheap Desktop with lots of 3 1/2" bays?

I am looking to set up a simple server. It does not need anything fancy. All I am looking for is desktop/server that is really cheap, takes PATA and SATA drives, and with lots of drive bays so I can put like 6+ drives in it. Trying very hard not to go to the external enclosure route.

Unfortunately, most basic/cheap desktops I can find tend to have very few bays. I also don't want to build one. Could someone possibly offer ideas?

Any help is great appreciated. With all ll the experts on this forum, no doubt there are some great ideas out there. 🙂
 
There are many Cases which able quite a few 3 1/2 Drives all the way down to the bottom of the Case.
