Hello, I would like to build a computer to play iRacing on either 720p or 1080p (preferably 1080p) at 60fps on any settings as long as it looks alright.

Would this work? I already own the Hard Drive and Operating System. I might even use Windows 8.1 if it would make the PC run faster.

I can upgrade to the A8-6600K if it will change anything. If I need a Graphics Card can you please tell me the cheapest one that will work (preferably AMD) but it has to be from Australia since that's where I live. Would the R7 250 work or would I need an R7 260X minimum?

Thanks.

Just go to the pc requirements page of that game(or that on steam) and see the recommended card. Try getting next in line(better) and you should be safe. Imo AMD cards have higher tdp as compared to nvidia cards in the same range so check if your existing psu will support it or not.

Normally pcpartpicker points out avg power requirements at the bottom of the page.

Very light requirements. The only thing your build is lacking is a dedicated video card. The 7560D on the CPU is probably not going to run it as well as you would like.
