looking fo something under or around $40, current PSU having problems/low 12v rail (11.45)

Powers barton 3200, gg of ram, HDD, optical, 2 Cold cathode, NF7-s, a few fans, and an nV6800. and a wireless PCI card. The current PSU is a "400" watt, but since I upgraded for a Radeon9800 to the nV6800 THe pSU voltage took a hit, and I don't really trust this PSU to begin with...

It says 11A on the 12 rail, which I know is very little. I'm thinking something in the 15-18+ amp area.

A few from Newegg.

Aspire 500watt or 520 watt. These things own, cost only like $50. 34A on the 12 rail!!! Search for it on Egg.

I am just curious....don't take this the wrong way.

You spend all that money on a great system and you can't spend a little more for a good quality power supply?

You get what you pay for, so why not get an Antec?

I mean, $20.00 is not that much more.

Fortron FSP350-60PN.

Read the reviews at SPCR, AT, and Tom's; it's fairly quiet, stable, about $40-45, and underrated by up to 60 watts.
