Almost any matx case can fit a 560

Fractal Design Core 1000 is great for under $50 and can fit the card and you can easily remove the hard drive tray if you are still seeing clearance issues.
But any matx will suffice really.

Having an 80mm exhaust fan, fewer HDD bays and the PSU at top may sound anachronistic, but for $30 shipped with a free 16GB flash drive, you can't go wrong.
