Cheap, decent AT&T Phone with Micro USB charging?

Hi guys,

I currently have a Verizon account for personal / home business use, and an AT&T account for my current employer. The AT&T account is just for making and receiving calls, though sending text messages is a plus.

I currently have an LG Vu. It's not horrible, but the screen heats up a LOT when talking, and it uses some sort of proprietary connection for data and charging. I'd love to be able to carry just one cable wherever I go to charge my Droid X or my AT&T phone.

I prefer touch screens (no smartphones though), but I will consider anything. I'll be paying full price, so used or cheap is a plus. I can't do anything that requires any kind of data plan. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Edit: Sorry I forgot they don't charge with USB.

Nokia phones use MicroUSB a lot. The touch screen model like 5530 and 5800 will work and no data plan required. E71, E63 and E51 are good bar phones without touch screen.
