cheap custom t-shirts?

hey..i'm looking for a good cheap custom T shirt company...does anyone know of any good ones for under $10 bucks a shirt? cafepress is way too expensive...

If you're interested, custom-printable iron-ons can be had for about $15/5pack at staples and similar stores. Each one can be cut in half, so you're actually getting ten. They're really pretty easy to make, although for the life of me I can't figure the name of the company that produces them. Well-known printing co, too.
 
There were one or two local places near me that did them relatively cheap...
I believe that setting up the screens was $30 per color of ink. Then, it cost $2 per shirt + so many cents per color on top of the cost of the t-shirt... We used to order t-shirts for a kids league there... came out to $7 or 8 apiece when all was said and done. If you're just looking for half a dozen shirts though, It's going to cost a lot more on a per shirt basis.
