Cheap color laser for home use?

I'm looking for a cheap color laser for home use. I need good photographic quality because I will be printing stuff to use in a dry transfer system (type of decal-style application). I know print cartridges are expensive, but I won't be using it a ton so I'm not too worried about that.

Any suggestions?
