Thanks, allisolm ! The Imation 50pk from CompUSA looks good to me - bring a copy of OM ad in and see if I can get them to PM the $10 price at OM. I have never PM'd before at a CompUSA store, don't know if they'll refuse because of the rebate?

I stopped by OM to get the 50 pk of Imation & 30 pk of Fuji, and they had 100 pk. Imation for $14.99 ($39.99 - $25 IR). I'm floored to not even see a mention of it as to me that has be the best deal of the week at least to me.

I always use Fuji and Imation and never have any problem. Don't know about the rest though.

Partly depends on your drive too...I have had some problems with Imation (actually quite a few) on one drive, but not another. I would go with the Fuji every time...TY makes these disks, they're among the best IMHO...

How is 100 pack of imation at $15 a deal when you can get 50 cds for $3 from those other deals?

You don't have to deal with mail-in rebates;)

I don't know why you should be floored. What makes this forum go 'round is that different deals are hot for different people. You like 100 Imations for $14.99 and I like 50 Sonys for $2.94.

Thanks for pointing this deal out to us. I don't have a local OfficeMax so I would appreciate any confirmation of this so I can add it. I am unable to find it in the ad and it shows as $39.99 online, no IR.

Hi Allisolm, and thanks as usual. :)

From my understanding, OfficeMax deals are oftentimes regional. On my website (I post weekly TY deals on my main page, heheh), I always add a "YMMV" next to anything OfficeMax for this reason.
