Cheap case with fan on top and side?

I currently have an old ATX case with in intake fan bottom front and exaust through the PSU. My new XP 1800 seems way to hot for this setup. Where can I buy a cheap ATX case with the fan on top and the side? I saw some at the local computer store, but when I look on pricewatch there are way to many options. I just want a plain Jane case, no PSU, no see through sides, just the fans. The local shop has one for $37 without the PSU, but I can't even compare it at pricewatch because I don't know what to call it. Can somebody point me in the right direction. Thanks

I've built 1 comp around this case and it did quite well. I has space for 1 front intake, 1 side intake, 1 top exhaust, 2 rear exhaust as well as the psu exhaust. it is $45 shipped I believe.

edit, it comes with the side and top fans, so you will need 3 additional 80mm fans
