cheap case with a mobo tray?

What's the cheapest case around with a motherboard tray that included the brackets for expansion slots?
Directron has a $33 one, and that looks to be the cheapest around. Are there any others?

FYI, I'm going to be converting a wood box into a case, and will keep the tray, and toss the rest.
